  • Monitoring & reporting:


a)  We do control & monitoring our different business setup from head office by phone, E-mail, & sending our expert executives.

b) We receive documents from purchaser at their office then carry on by vehicle to Head office.

                c) Check to all documents due to find out missing documents.

                d) Stapled to itemized documents.

                e) Packaging to all documents by envelope & gum.

                f) Sorting to the documents of Dhaka according to our internal selective area.

                g) Executives & Supervisors are manifested all the documents.


                a) Executives & Supervisors give the documents to the messengers on area basis.

                b) Night Executives & Supervisors are realized POD from the messengers

                  c) Executives sent all the POD to information department for preparing POD & E-mail to respective company.


                Our Complain Executives attending personally physically & over phone etc by one hour or one day.

   iv)     We respond then & then. Once we got the complain from our valued customer’s we   send our messengers physically to the complain area at once if necessary, contact at first over phone call/mobile call, contact through our network systems.
